excellent getaway!

easy access superb view excellent service amazing variety

I was thrilled with the direct beach access. It was so easy to get to the sand and sea! our room had a superb sea view, i could see the ocean right from my balcony. housekeeping kept everything really clean. The service was excellent. i found the variety of food at the restaurants amazing. There were options for everyone!

the elevator wait times felt really long at peak hours, and it was slightly inconvenient.

broken toilet too many stairs

The room size was good. There were four of us, and we were fairly comfortable.

The toilet was NOT working when I arrived in the room. There were also too many stairs everywhere. This was difficult for my mother to walk to breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The staff was cute. They explained everything clearly upon arrival. They resolved minor issues quickly! The hotel pool includes a waterslide, AMAZING for the children. We captured wonderful memories there. The location is only a five-minute walk to local attractions.

I found the dispensers for shampoo in the bathroom didn't work well. Bring your own toiletries. Room cleaning was adequate but rushed. The facilities appear a bit worn for a five-star hotel.

I liked that the hotel staff explained everything clearly on arrival. the location is close to the strip. The walk is about five minutes. the buffet offered a diverse selection of dishes. This made meals interesting. i found the option to dine at various group restaurants a nice perk.

I think the poolside towels should be included. I ended up buying my own.
